IEC was founded in 2003 to provide a range of business energy consultancy and support services. We are based near Chester in Cheshire, working with companies throughout the UK.
Our business energy consultancy specialists have many years of experience in energy purchasing, invoice validation, legal compliance and energy efficiency support, and will work in partnership with you to provide tailored support. We can work on a project basis for one-off assignments, or on a retained basis, acting as an integral part of your management team.
We work with companies in four key areas of business energy consultancy:
- Energy purchasing – sourcing the right contract rates with the most favourable contract terms.
- Energy efficiency – monitoring consumption and cost and providing consultancy.
- Invoice validation – ensuring bills are accurate and to protect against over-charging.
- Legal compliance – ensuring companies comply with government legislation including ESOS, CRC and CCA schemes.
Our aim is to help you navigate your way through the complexities of energy purchasing and management in order to keep cost as low as possible.
It’s important to note that we are independent business energy consultants. This means that when it comes to energy purchasing, we are not tied to any suppliers, to you can rest assured that we will work purely in the interests of your business.
